Installing Progress AppServer will only install PASOE functionality. As the PASOE products can be installed stand-alone they do not require the Adminserver, which is why this license does not include the AdminServer.

The OpenEdge Command Center (OECC) utility provides a UI-based option to manage PASOE instance.
The Progress® OpenEdge® Command Center 1.3.0 is an optional standalone utility that can be used to manage PASOE instances and databases, available in the Progress Download Center. Refer to the OECC documentation for more information on its use:
