64-bit ODBC Drivers for SQL-92
64-bit drivers are available on all supported 64-bit platforms from the major release of OpenEdge 11.0.Starting on OpenEdge 10.1B03 a 64-bit ODBC driver was only available for HPUX Itanium.
As of OpenEdge 10.2A a 64-bit ODBC driver is also available for Windows 64-bit.
As of OpenEdge 10.2A03, 10.2B01 a 64-bit ODBC driver is also available for AIX POWER PC 64-bit and Solaris SPARC 64-bit
As of OpenEdge 10.2B03 a 64-bit ODBC driver is also available for HP-UX PA-RISC 64-bit
There is a 64-bit JDBC Driver in 10.2B for Linux, but no Linux 64-bit ODBC driver in 10.2B.
- The license (Serial number and Control code) for linuxx86 for 64-bit SQL Client Access from the Progress Electronic Download center for Linux is for the 64-bit JDBC driver only.
- As stated above, since OpenEdge 11.0 a 64-bit ODBC driver is available for Linux 64-bit.
