Restarting OpenEdge explorer using %OEM%\bin\tcman start, does not have any effect.
The command %OEM%\bin\tcman plist shows the PASOE instance is running.
The %OEM%\work\cachedb\*.* and %OEM%\work\configdb\*.* files are corrupt.
Deleting the %OEM%\work\cachedb\*.* files does not resolve the problem.
Deleting the %OEM%\work\configdb\*.* files does not resolve the problem.
Process Monitor shows the antivirus accessing %OEM%\work files during OpenEdge startup.
