Where to get the latest version of JDBC and ODBC drivers for Progress OpenEdge?
Where can the latest ODBC drivers for the ODBC Progress OpenEdge wire protocol driver be downloaded? 
 

JDBC and ODBC drivers for Progress OpenEdge

1. ODBC and JDBC drivers are usually updated between Major releases and sometimes in Service Packs.  For additional information refer to Article:  ODBC driver versions shipped with various OpenEdge versions   
2. To obtain the latest JDBC and ODBC driver for your current installed release of Progress/OpenEdge, download and install the latest Service Pack from our ESD (Electronic Software Distribution) site for the version of OpenEdge you are running.  If the ODBC or JDBC driver has been updated for your release of Progress/OpenEdge, then when the latest service pack for your release is installed, you will receive those updates as well.  Refer to Article Where is the ESD / Product Download Center?   
3. The minimum Progress license that includes the ODBC driver is the Progress SQL Client Access Product. The ODBC driver is also packaged with Progress Client Products listed in Article What Progress licenses install the ODBC SQL-92 and JDBC drivers 
4. The SQL Client Access product includes the JDBC and ODBC Driver. It can be downloaded as a Deployment Component from the Progress ESD site for any of the same version(s) for which OpenEdge 10 or later version licenses have been purchased.
