What to Share:
- “How To” article that asks a question and provides a resolution, or a quick step by step guide that explains how to set up or perform a specific task.
- “Diagnostic” article that identifies an issue encountered, symptoms experienced, error messages, steps to reproduce the issue, a workaround (if available), and a resolution for the issue.
