Need to upgrade to 13.0.1 from 12.9

We just renewed our license in August of this year. Would the 13.0.1 upgrade be included, or would it have to be purchased?

    @David Yap (Hawaii Community FCU)​ Hi David, if you have an Active Service Contract with Progress then the installer for WS_FTP PRO 13.0.1 would be present at the Portal.
