Hi, we recently updated our server to the latest version to adhere with security vulnerabilities. Our admin console, and connection to sftp server using filezilla is working fine. However our web thin client is no longer working. It hangs on the login page and does not load, eventually errors out with a error 500 ok when using chrome.
I have been trying to call the north america support line for the past 2 days and have had no help from the progress support team. This is our production server and all of our clients need to use the web client to upload and download files.
Can we please get some help on this or has anyone else has this issue when upgrading?

This is the error we get when the site times out during login. I have also purchased a new certificate for the site and reuploaded it. Still same issue.
@Kevin Trinh (Customer) Hi Kevin, Are you referring to the WS_FTP Server Admin console page (https://localhost/wsftpsvr) or referring to thinclient (https://localhost/thinclient)
For WS_FTP Server manager console , we have a KB listed for error 500
