I moved my WS_FTP pro sites from old server to new server on trial version 13.0.1, then uninstalled the old WS_FTP Pro. But when I try to apply the serial number to the Trial installation it tells me "The maximum number allowed has been reached"
I have uninstalled WS_FTP Pro on the old server already, but the license has not released. Can I get a new activation key for my serial #?
@John Shaia (Customer) This issue typically occurs when the WS_FTP Professional license was not properly deactivated on the old system.
