Need to find a way to exclude 3GPP Mobile Gateway from ADS VPN (IPSec) Event Detection

Hello everyone, as stated in the subject, I need to find a way to exclude 3GPP Mobile Networks from ADS VPN (IPSec) Event Detection. I have a couple of vlan with phones and smartphones connecting to them and they are detected as VPN ipsec tunnels. Unfortunately this generate a lot of VPN events. I don't want to entirely excludes these vlans from vpn detection but only the communications with public IPs that are indentified as 3GPP Mobile Gateways. Unfortunately these are from various ASN so I don't see a better way than adding exlusions based on the destination IPs, but these are many and can change over time.

Did anyone saw (more or less) the same happening and found a better way to do it?

Thank you

Hello Jan, unfortunately apparently as a partner I'm not entitled to open cases with my account on behalf of the customer (btw this should be very useful to have if possible) so I am unable to open a case. Can you please open one for me and I will reply with the evidence requested? Thank you

    Hello Nicola,

you should be able to open a case as you have done previously. When creating it, please select any asset available under your account, even if it belongs to another customer, and specify the actual customer in the case description.

We can then handle the case accordingly.

    Thank you.

Hello Jan, I know but currently no asset is shown under my account (even though we ourselves as a company have a collector virtual and ads with valid support till december). Believe me, I tried in many ways to open a case but I can't create one.

    Hello Nicola,

I have created a new support case in your name. You should receive an email.
