Hi,
May I know is there any means to self-help locating information of the maintenance start date of kemp load balancer assets if I only have the serial number at hand?

You can find our End of Sale and End of Life dates for all of our currently offered loadmaster models here: https://kemptechnologies.com/policies/end-life-eol-product-lifecycle-support
End of Sale indicates that we no longer sell that particular LM model anymore. End of Life would mean that you can no longer renew your support contract for that model. End of Life will occur 5 years after the End of Sale date.
If you are wondering how to find information regarding your current loadmasters, you can find this information when you login to SupportLink, click on the profile name (top-right) > Click on My Account > click on Related. Then you will see a list of Assets.
