Flowmon 12.05.03 Server error 500 while accessing System

Hello all,

Does anyone faced issue on accessing Configuration Center -> System in GUI.

Everytime I'm getting Internal Server Error 500.

Plaform restart didn't solve the issue.

WWW logs are showing such error:

[2026-06-22 13-12-54] TypeError: app\models\services\general\StorageService::getCurrent(): Return value must be of type FM\models\services\general\entities\DataDisk, null returned in /var/www/app/flowmon/models/services/general/StorageService.php:115 @ https://xxx.xxx.net/fcc/system/ @@ error--2026-06-22--12-15--809aecd870.html

    Hello, Mateusz,

     

    could you please update the appliance to the latest stable version (either 13.0.10 or 12.5.8)? Your description is similar to something that has been addressed in a previous update.

    Hello Jan,

    I have upgraded to 12.5.8 but the issue remains. Getting error 500.

    Unfortunately upgrade to 13.0.10 is not an option, system is not meeting prerequirements.
