How to suppress "Login Window" Pop-up during automated job ?

Hello, we need assistance suppressing the “Login Window” pop-up that appears during an automated job execution.

When our job launches WS_FTP, a login window prompts for a password. However, we are using key pair authentication only, with no password configured. As a result, the process pauses and requires manual interaction (clicking OK or Cancel) before the SFTP job can continue.

Is there a configuration or setting available to disable or suppress this login pop-up?

Current version: Progress WS_FTP Professional 12.9.2 (April 9, 2025).

Thank you.

@Rocky Liu (Customer) If this is a Site connection, then ensure that HOST INFO Section--> has the Username and password is blank, save information checkbox is ticked.

Advanced tab--> Auth method should be just PUB key. Untick The rest.

    See if this helps.
