Edit button disappears and pencil icon click doesnt function on widget content editor

I have an issue where the Edit button disappears and pencil icon click doesnt function on widget content editor. Other users in the company do not have this issue for some reason. I have reset, reinstalled different browsers. Sometimes the edit functions reemerge without any action. All other functions seems to work fine.

 

Can someone offer any help?

    Can you provide a small video recording of what happens when you hover over a widget and try to edit it?

    Would also be great if you can provide more details about which browser you use, if you're zoomed in or using any accessible screen features and can you check if the console is throwing any errors?

    Hello Jochem,

     

    I have attached a video, but basically, the edit text disappears that I normally click on and the pencil icon does nothing when clicked.

     

    I have tried resetting, clearing cache on Firefox, Safari, Zen, Edge, Chrome. Zooming in and out doesnt change it either.
