    Hi Ravi,

The information about the driver version which is officially certified a new database version is present in our public Product compatibility guide. We refresh this document monthly to include the new certifications that we complete.

    Product Compatibility Guide

Please check the Section 4 of this document.

It provides information on what data source versions are certified and driver versions used for such certification. Eager to know if this serves your purpose or you would like to see some further improvements.

    • Thank you for the quick response Avadhoot.

I was expecting that it will be like how you have come-up for the ODBC/JDBC fixes information, which can be easily filtered.

The product compatibility guide is a PDF and one has to go into the specific section and see. Instead, if one can filter on the database and its version, it should the driver version. That would be easier and faster.

    Hi Ravi,

    Thanks for sharing your thoughts.

We did discuss this internally and decided to keep the certification information in a downloadable PDF for a few reasons:

    • Offline Access: Some customers work in secure environments where internet access is restricted. A PDF allows them to keep the information handy on their workstations without relying on connectivity.
    • Policy confidence: The Product Compatibility Guide includes policy-style content. Presenting it in a formal, downloadable format gives customers a stronger sense of confidence and clarity than a webpage might.
    • Avoid information fragmentation: Most of the compatibility and certification-level details are already consolidated in the guide. Splitting out product build versions into a separate webpage could lead to fragmented experiences, requiring customers to check multiple sources to get the full picture.

That said, you're absolutely right. There are trade-offs to this decision in terms of ease of use. We’ll take another look and see what improvements are possible while balancing broader needs.

Thanks again for your feedback and partnership.
