Error when doing a bulk load of a table - Incorrect syntax near the keyword 'external'.

I have made sure sure the ODBC driver has the use Enable Quoted Identifiers ticked.

    Deleting the Driver ODBC entry and re-creating it seems to fix the issue. Not sure why!
