Cannot save List Item or Content Block with a Dollar Sign in Title - Sitefinity version 14.4.8144.0

Hello - Encountered an error running 14.4.8144.0 of Sitefinity where if I have a US dollar sign "$" in the title field for a Content Block or a List Item (note: not a List, only a List Item) when I click to publish I get a checkmark in the button but it does not save nor gives any error.

 

I tested all other content types we use - OOTB and custom - and did not encounter this error.

 

Is this a bug? Is there a workaround?

    I tested in the latest 15.3 and can save a title with at dollar sign $. Not which version it was changed/fixed. I will see if I can find out
