Dylan B (Customer) asked a question.
When I try to make settings changes in Sitefinity Cloud, the settings shown in the documentation are all for the CMS and therefore not helpful.
As an example, how can I allow webp image filetypes to be uploaded to Sitefinity Cloud?
Sitefinity Cloud following the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) methodology. This means that configurations are made in a local development environment, committed to source control and pushed through CI/CD.

You can allow for setting to be modified in the deployment instance if you want. This is also setup from a local development environment and push through the CI/CD process. But after you have often a configuration to be editable on cloud you don't need development help again.

While the CI/CD process seems "annoying" it is done for specific purposes to allow for security of configuration of applications, load balancing, replication of environments, etc.
