How to get Individual interface active monitor up/down status with API call?

I'm looing to figure out how we can use an api call to get the up/down status of a device's interface?

    You can use GET /api/v1/devices/{deviceId}/monitors/-

     

    You will need the deviceID. and you would add to the end ?type=active&view=status&search="<which is a string with the display name, description, classId, argument or comment of the individual monitor you want to look at>"
