Upgrade from 14.2 to 14.4, now get ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS only on deployed env.

Works fine on local environment under debug from VS, against the same CMS database.

On deployed (UAT, Azure) site, auth happens via Identity Server (as it does on local machine) but then shows

How can I turn up the Sitefinity logging to full verbose? Without accessing the Sitefinity UI (since it has the same error)???

    What happens if you clear your cookies or try it in an incognito window? There where authentication changes in 14.4 so there could be 'old' cookies causing this.
