How to track video title in the sitefiniy insight video tab under content menu

Hi,

Quick background, I have a custom widget which contains video(HTML5 video tag) displayed on a frontend. Somehow i am not able to see video has been tracked into sitefinity insight, But it was working OOB video widget. when i do a debug the code it was not tracked due to value is not been set for variable window.decMetadata.videosMetadata into sitefinity-insight-client.min.3.1.7.js

In order to do a workaround, i do use insight javascript sdk to track it forcefully. It did worked but it is not displaying video title in the sitefinity insight video tab under content menu instead it displayed url in both lines(see below pic attached). How to track video title also?

    The report data for videos recalculates nightly. Have you when was the data reported and then checked?

    Hi @Jonathan Read (Progress Software)​ , Thanks for responding, Yes, i checked multiple times, see yesterday's report below.

    possible cause will be, when i review network log sitefinity insight is not caching up obejctMetaData for the interaction which i set and passed to insight function.

     

    imageNetwork log for play video interaction triggered to Sitefinity insight, for which i have not seen the ObjectMetadata cached up here.
