and how to get 12.7
when I go to upgrade oedk subscription it says my current version is 12.2f and the options I have for new subscription are 12.2 and 12.2f
which one of these is 12.7

I'm on 12.2f already, which was the update that allowed me to use OE 12.6. So I assume we want 12.2g?
I don't understand why the use of OEDK necessitates yet another versioning scheme. It is confusing.

These numbers increment only when there is a new OpenEdge release, do they not? If it were up to me, I would version OEDK after the new OpenEdge release and give it a meaningful description so you know what you're getting before you commit to the update/upgrade.
E.g.:
OEDK 12.6
Description: provides access to OpenEdge LTS releases 11.7 and 12.2, and the current Innovation release 12.6.
OEDK 12.7
Description: provides access to OpenEdge LTS releases 11.7 and 12.2, and the current Innovation release 12.7.
OEDK 12.8
Description: provides access to OpenEdge LTS releases 11.7, 12.2, and 12.8.
We certainly be working towards consolidated/streamlined versioning of all the components, we don't have timeline yet. To answer your question, you should be able to get the 12.2g from customer self-service portal for OE 12.7.
Thanks @Prabhu Jha (Progress Software), COM is now giving the option to update to 12.2g.
The subscription update mail does indicate: "The processing of this order can take up to 24 hours and when completed we will send you a confirmation email."

I didn't receive an update e-mail. Maybe it goes to the account admin rather than the user who made the change.
Hopefully this process will someday graduate from batch to online. And then I can wish for OpenEdge upgrades. Hope springs eternal!

I checked with processing team; order was received from Progis late afternoon Friday 5th of May processed on Monday 8th May; I guess the delay of SAT/SUN is due to non-working day. Are you still facing the problem with this order?
