REST API to upload large file return 413. Small file works fine

I am using python requests.post to upload a large file 200MB and I get 413 (content too large)

It works for small files such as 50MB size. Large file works just fine if I use webclient (browser) to upload files. The error happens only when using rest api to upload file.

r = requests.post(folderurl, files=files, headers=access_header, verify=True)

print(r.status_code)
