How to fetch cpu utilization report in the last 10 minutes of a server using rest api?

I wanted to fetch last 10 minutes cpu utilization report of a server using rest api. Using this api

http://<wugServer>:9644/api/v1/devices/20/reports/memory-utilization , I am able to fetch only the latest polled cpu utilization report.

I have seen this api http://<wugServer>:9644/api/v1/devices/20/reports/memory-utilization?range=lastNMinutes&rangeN=${PastNMinutes} in the community page. Here what is meant by range=lastNMinutes&rangeN=${PastNMinutes}

Can anyone explain this with an example?
