API is getting retried internally. the .p file is called twice thrice when the original request takes time. Is it progress capability to retry internally?

  Within the WebSpeed request you cannot perform asynchronous operations. You can however:
  
  call multiple requests from the browser in parallel
  perform an asynchronous AppServer call from the WebSpeed Agent. This does require an AppServer (classic or PASOE).
