FREE Online Training: Foundations of Sitefinity Development (14)

Progress recently released the Foundations of Sitefinity Development 14 online training course. This collection of free modules includes 46 videos that teach you how to:

 

  • Set up a Sitefinity web application project from scratch
  • Work with Sitefinity’s pages, widgets and content modules
  • Develop your own content modules and widgets
  • Customize Sitefinity’s built-in functionality and features, including the backend UI
  • Use Sitefinity as a Headless CMS
  • Do automatic upgrades through Sitefinity CLI
  • Getting familiar with Sitefinity.NET Core
  • And many more!

 

You can access this course at no cost (FREE!) with an active enrollment in the Progress Education Community. Complete the following steps to access this course:

  1. Visit the Progress Education Community.
  2. Log in with your Progress ID.
  3. If you do not have a Progress ID, please register here.
  4. Note: You must activate your Progress ID before logging in.
  5. Click the Content Library tab.
  6. Click the Foundations of Sitefinity Development 14 course.

    I'm trying to watch the videos for this training but they never play. If I click the play button, nothing starts and just remains black. I'm using Chrome. Is there a way to fix this?

      I connected with Margaret. Something on my work VPN was blocking the videos from being played in every browser. After disconnecting from the VPN, I was able to access the video library.

    Hi Mike, I can confirm that the Foundations of Sitefinity Development (14) is available on the Content Library tab. Pls log in again, click Content Library in the upper left and search for simply 14. If the course doesn't appear for you, pls let me know and I'll assign it directly to your Dashboard.
