What is the Situation of Indian App Creators in this Covid-19 Pandemic?
All types of businesses have faced a critical, physical, and financial crisis during this pandemic and still, tech companies are becoming stables through their 100% efforts.
Although, app creators India have coped this situation smartly by making themselves independent through tech integration at their homes and their convenience.
What measures do you have taken for this cause?
I would love to see the new inventions for the same.
The situation was similar in Ireland too, at the IT sector was struggling to get back to the shape it was before, though, I must say the companies from the different sector has cop with this situation brilliantly to be the backbone of their employees in this crisis.
In our mobile app development company, our higher authorities firstly take this crisis on a serious note and provide us work from home facility to reduce the less human interaction, this was the 1st step during this pandemic.
2nd step was, giving us opportunities and a bit of free time to make ourselves aware of the latest trends and technologies vulnerability, even some extend our team has helped us with financial support to buy some paid memberships and that kind of stuff.
Lastly, they gave us flexible hours to complete and manage the routine of our daily chores, and that's where we learned about the understanding behavior and how a company can be a part of the individual success journey.
These are actions our company has taken to enhance the workflow and it even helped to a great extent to endure our performance individually and also working as a team.
