expiration policies
Hello, our mgmt. wants our users accounts to expire 1 year from when they submit a form we now have to use. If their account is already expired, we delete and rebuild. However, my question is, if their account has not already expired, and they want to renew their access, how can I make it one year from that date, instead of the creation date? I tried creating a policy that used the expire one year from last activity, but won't work either, as that date will just keep moving out every time they log in. am I just going to have to rebuild them all???
The best I can suggest is to create some expiration policies with specific dates - for example one for each first day of the month. Don't assign them to a user class, but instead just change the users expiration policy when you need to extend them.
I don't believe there's an automated way of extending their expiration in the way that you want.
