I can't download my expired copy of ws-ftp

I logged into the site, and attempted to download wsftp, along with license. I bought it several years ago, and last week I did a system-restore on my windows-10 laptop. I find the product, click on it, and it starts downloading, and then I am routed to an error page that says: Hmmm.....

Something is not right.

    On the My Products page we show the known issue:

    Known Issue: Microsoft Edge cannot show product details. Please use another browser.

     

    We are investigating why this is happening MS Edge. Please use another browser for downloading until this is resolved.

    It worked with Chrome just now. Thanks. Why wouldn't it download from Edge?

    Are you using Microsoft Edge?

    We have a known issue on that page stating to use another browser.
