Windows NT Service Monitor Issues
I have numerous installations of WUG in various Regions across the US.  Some work fine but I've found that in some of the region's WUG servers when I attempt to monitor a Windows NT Service and I assign the Active Monitor to a Device/Server and then click on it to pull up the status the status on the Service shows as a grey triangle and N/A next to it.  I've tried using WMI and SNMP and get the same result...It works fine in some regions but not in all.  Is there something I have to enable on the particular WUG Server to make it work?  Thanks.     Hello William,
    What is the result of testing this active monitor against the devices in Active Monitor Library?
    Also, what is the error you found in State Change report after applying this monitor to devices?
