Staged alerting over time
Hi, I'm fairly sure this exists and I'm about 90% sure I've used it before but I am having a hard time finding documentation for it. How exactly can I go about configuring staged alerts for a monitor. For example: A switch goes down, 20 minutes of down time triggers an alert to the Help Desk. 1 hour offline fires an email off to the network technician. 6 hours fires an alert to the network admin+operations manager. As I say I'm pretty sure this already exists, I'm just having trouble finding it.

    Hi Craig,
    You need to configure Action Policy and add the device status down for 1 hr and down for 6 hrs.
