APC UPS, Exchange Monitoring EMail Alert Details

Using the built in Active Monitor and Email alert for APC UPS or Exchange monitoring.  I am unable to find the variable to to be inserted in email that have describes what is actually down.  

For example, I have to go to the actual check and use Test button to see the details on the Down item,

+ Checking for battery status.  polled value='batteryNormal', allowed value='batteryNormal'.  => SUCCESS+ Checking for output state.  Flag 'On Battery' is on  Flag 'Graceful Shutdown Issued by Upstream Device' is on  => FAILED

Monitor FAILED, at least one criteria returned a failure.

 

Is there any way to get this output in the email?

    Works for APC the variable came back empty for Exchange Monitor.  Tested by using plain email with just %ActiveMonitor.Payload in the details.

    Gotten details with %ActiveMonitor.Payload in plain email but all my alerts are in HTML with returned empty..... trying some more tests.
    Looks like I had to put device in Maintenance and back alive to take effect..... working now.
