The key management service for MOVEit Transfer 2021 or higher fails to start. There may be errors in the event logs like: "Error: Could not start the 'MOVEitKeyManagementService' service: Could not start the service: error 1053 - The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion" or "A timeout was reached (30000 milliseconds) while waiting for the MOVEit Transfer Key Management Service service to connect."
