WUG-6611 Agent Service starting showed fatal error SSL_ERROR_SSL in its log file and Consolidated Logs

After clean install of WhatsUp Gold, the following message appeared in the AgentService.log: [grpc 0 (cq 0)] ERROR - 0 T:\src\github\grpc\workspace_csharp_ext_windows_x86\src\core\tsi\ssl_transport_security.cc:1379: Handshake failed with fatal error SSL_ERROR_SSL: error:10000412:SSL routines:OPENSSL_internal:SSLV3_ALERT_BAD_CERTIFICATE. As a result, when user logs into the Web console and open the Consolidated Logs page, it would be filled with the same error messages.
