Opening an ABL form that includes some controls can hang if the properties of the control are modified and saved, then the form is re-opened before the horizontal scroll bar is moved to the right of the form. As soon as the scroll bar is moved, the Visual Designer hangs. The hang can also occur when moving a widget on a form.
