JSDO catalog generated with characters that are invalid for JavaScript

A JSDO catalog generated from a schema include file in Progress Developer Studio contains dataset, table and/or field names exactly as they are defined in ABL, except that the SERIALIZE-NAME attribute is used instead of the name if it is available. If a character used in one of the names is valid in ABL but not valid in JavaScript, problems may occur on the client side when the catalog is used. Invalid characters are most commonly the hyphen or dash ("-") character. Common client-side problems include display problems and hyphens in names being interpreted as minus signs.
