Chef 360: RabbitMQ "Access Denied" After a Retried Install in the Same Namespace

On Chef 360 installs that are retried into an existing namespace after a prior failed attempt, the RabbitMQ pod can become stuck in a continuous authentication failure loop. This is caused by RabbitMQ's persisted data volume retaining credentials from the original failed attempt, rather than picking up the credentials currently stored in the Kubernetes secret. This cascades into failures across most other Chef 360 components, since they depend on RabbitMQ being ready before they can start.
