Certificate Discovery Cannot Be Added to Existing Monitored Devices via Re-Discovery.

When a device is already monitored in WhatsUp Gold, and a user re-runs discovery with the "Discover Certificate" option enabled, the certificate is not discovered and does not appear in the certificate inventory. However, if the device is deleted and freshly discovered with the option enabled, it works correctly. This led to believe Certificate Discovery only applies during initial discovery and cannot be retroactively added — potentially requiring device deletion (and loss of historical data).
