  • Progress is continuing to expand the self-service offerings for our customers.  For SupportLink customers who enjoy the Progress Community, you now have the ability to Log/Manage your cases by clicking the Log/Manage hyperlink in the Technical User forums.  Please click here for details on how to take advantage of this new functionality.

  • Once you have created your new thread, if you have access to support you should see SUPPORTLINK. If you select it, you'll enter our Technical Support entitlement process. This option will be presented only to the author of the thread.
