Community Bug: Cannot Change My Signature or any of my Settings

  • When I attempt to change my signature or really anything in my Home >> Settings I get an "Access Denied" error.

    I noticed this as well and have already elevated this issue. Hopefully I'll report back soon with an expected resolution date, or even better, to report that it has been resolved.

  • The vendor has provided a resolution date of "November", so hopefully only a few more weeks.

    I apologize for the delay in getting this resolved and I'll be sure to post back when I have confirmed the fix has been pushed.
