Some of you who are posting questions and/or answers are probably under support maintenance. If that's the case and, depending on your support level, you could push a Community thread into a Technical Support ticket in case you feel the Community answers are not relevant or not helping you.

If you have requested access to SupportLink when registering for a progress-id then you should be all set and should see in your threads (the one you initiated), under "Member Options"  in the right pane a "SupportLink" option as below.

If you don't see this option made available and are interested to gain that extra option, then please make sure to request SupportLink access through the following link:

You will then reach the following screen where you'll be asked for your Customer number OR a product Serial Number. 


Once your request will have been processed, you should then have that additional option made available on Community.
