1 - finding this forum is too hard - I had to do a search for community to find it.
2 - I had trouble logging into support link and now the account's been locked. I did a password reset, and it's still locked. Will this lock clear by itself, or does someone have to clear it for me?
With regards to your first point, we have added a link to the Technical Users group landing page under the "Group Quick Links".

There should be a root level link to the this group.
From the Community main landing page, click "Learn More" and then under "About The Community" you should see Community News and Feedback.
You mean the "learn more" in that big image? Talk about cryptic...
