Is Thunder supposed to be now working fine on VS?

    1. I had it installed once but its connections to the Server Failed. So I followed the advice on this forum to completely uninstall & reinstall.

    2. Now I can't even install it. see error message below.

    Any tips?

The extension could not be installed because the following error occurred:
The extension 'd4f5086c-54b9-4b07-bd22-af72d5b9228f' nested within '6862504f-7151-4472-a6ce-1f7345058eac' failed to install.
The extension is not supported on the current product.
