I created a form with form builder and set a couple emails for the notification to be sent to, but nothing arrives.
The smtp settings seem to be proper, and an email arrives when requesting a test email under Basic Settings > Email Campaigns > Test SMTP Settings.
I'm not sure if you followed the docs, but if you follow this specific topic it should work.
Most probably you forgot that little checkbox to ENABLE the notifications.
Hi Daniel, thanks for your suggestions.
Everything is enabled, subscribed, from email is entered, smtp settings verified, etc... I tried sending it to a couple different emails, and still no notification is arriving.
Edit: I got it fixed, had to increase the timeout settings
