Account Settings option is not working

  • Hi guys - I've noticed over the last few days that the Setup\Administration Setup\Account Settings is no longer working. Each time I select it, RB redirects me to the "Please log in first" page. After logging in (again), I'm simply returned to my main page within RB. I have 2 trial accounts and the behavior is the same with both. Thanks, John

    Can you let me know when this has been addressed in the Private Cloud packages? We're seeing the same issue now.

  • Seems to work fine for rollbase.com environment

    It works also on our Private Cloud Environment on version 4.0.8...
  • Same issue here:

    1 - Login with the super admin account

    2 - Open a customer environment

    3 - Setup\Administration Setup\Account Settings



    Using version 1.0 on a private cloud....
