I have built an application but revisiting it and trying to modify it - it has a lock symbol next to it and all edit capability disabled.
Help - Am I not authorised, over a limit, or doing something wrong?

Can you provide some more info? Screenshots? Are you on public cloud or private? which version of Rollbase are you using? Did you export the app into another tenant or you are trying this out on the same tenant where you developed it?

Any update please - this is causing me a real problem now.
Is this application developed in this tenant? or did you installed using the application import XML.
If you installed the application from generated XML from another tenant and while generating(exporting) the application XML from another tenant you might have selected the "Fully Locked" option.
To resolve this generate application XML with 'Unlocked' and install.
I think you are right. But I have now installed a locked version over the developed version and can not create an unlocked XML file to re-install. Unfortunately, I don not have a copy of the XML to re-install.
Can this be unlocked via a support call?
