We use the Public Cloud version of Rollbase and we are limited to sending emails with attachment file size of only 2MB. We are ISV clients. Can we get this value increased? Most email providers have a max limit of 25MB.
Also, when using the Send To option from More Actions button, if you attach something over the limit and click Send, you see a error message on the next page and you loose your original email. Is it possible to return the user to the email page so they don't loose everything they typed if they go over the email attachment size limit?
As of now MaxAttachmentSizeKB is only available as a system wide setting and cannot be overridden at tenant level.
The second one is a usability defect. Please log through a support case - we will triage it ASAP.
