When I create a table with a primary key, I can specify the name of the constraint, but not the name of the underlying index. This causes problems as described in https://knowledgebase.progress.com/articles/Article/Will-index-name-created-in-SQL-cause-problems-with-CRC when connecting to the database with ABL/4GL instead of SQL. If I was able to specify the underlying index, there would be no more randomly numbered indexes anymore starting with SYS_.
