How many of you have used the new tech support site to log issues. Today, I tried it for the first time with two problems. The space available for description seems painfully short, especially compared to the former short versus long description structure. I also tried twice to make an attachment ... the Java stack trace wouldn't fit in the description ... and it timed out and gave me a server error. This is an improvement?
