It is still not possible to change the email address in the 'Update profile'.
Are there any other options to change the email address without creating a new profile?
The trouble is that the profile is linked across various aspects of the Progress offerings. So you have one login for communities that also works for things like Supportlink and ESD. As I understand it, changing your email address may also involve changing your entitlements. So it has to be done in the background, manually.
Try logging a support ticket as a starting point.
Created a ticket and they have changed the email address. Would be nice if this can be done by ourselves.
