Openedge Management doesn't show task history

Good Morning!

Running on 11.7

I've recently noticed that all of our defined jobs do not show a job history even though I know they are running when they are scheduled. Is there something I can do to check and see why they don't show a job history, or a setting I have to make sure is enabled to start logging that information?

  • Job history is stored in the trend database.  Did you check the trend database is connected and there are no "FathomTrendDatabaseNotRunning" alerts?

  • After taking a second look around the Trend database, it seems it was setup to not store/track trend data (cannot remember the exact setting). So we will see if that works. Thanks for the tip!
